The parking around the hotel is not enough. The internet is poor. It is not so clean.

1) Cheapest (relatively) at the time of booking, as I noticed through Booked.net 2) Good reception staff
1) Very small rooms. 2) Poor Privacy (you can hear people from other rooms and vice versa, last night of my stay some kids were playing of the door bell of my room !) 3) Poor room cleanness (no body makes the room until you ask even though you need to ask many times in some cases to remind crew to clean the room, they forget sometimes) 4) A/C was not working in the first night, then I moved to another room with thanks to the recpecionest. 5) I was not happy of the room window since no direct access to the outside views (feel like in a jail)!. 6) Poor furnature: very small table Barely you can use it for laptop, poor Wardrobe (no shelfs (in the first room))

Location.
1) I booked a Double room with 2 beds, but was given a single room with extra bed that is not suitable.2) the receptionist was not aware of my booking, he did not prepare a print out of my online booking until I opened my laptop to show him my confirmation form. 3) He was not cooperative in arranging a room as booked. 4) There were no amenities or towels until we asked for them. 5) There is no health center or eatery outlet in the hotel.

- Location of the hotel is convenient to go to Al-Rashid mall just across the street.
- Bathroom accessories were not available and very small bathroom and its not convenient to use. - No stand available for the soap, shampoo and toothpaste was not available to use - Hooks for the clothes in the bathroom were not available in the bathroom.
